We decided to take the kids out of school to spend time with their uncle. We hit a few garage sales in the morning and then headed out to THUNDERBIRD FALLS. It is a glacial water waterfall. All of the run off is directly from a glacier...very cold. It is a short 2 mile roundtrip "hike". With a lot of moans and groans, we made it AND had a good time.
